FROM ONE CHAPTER TO THE NEXT: A LEADERSHIP TRANSITION AT INGENTIA ENERGIES

Every organisation reaches moments that are bigger than a change in title. They are moments of transition where experience is honoured, progress is acknowledged, and a new vision begins to take shape. At Ingentia Energies, we are marking one of those moments as we welcome a new chapter in our leadership journey. As outgoing MD/CEO Engr. Charles Odita concludes his tenure as Interim Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, we take a moment to recognise the leadership, commitment and contribution he has brought to the organisation, brief yet impactful. Under his leadership, Engr. Odita navigated the demands of the dynamic energy landscape, pushed the boundaries that led to a phenomenal movement of the total production capacity and strength of Ingentia Energies. His tenure has been an important part of the company's story, and we are grateful for the dedication and direction he has provided throughout his time at the helm.

Taking the reins is Engr. Victor Agbaroji a seasoned energy industry professional with over two decades of experience spanning engineering, upstream operations, reservoir management, project development, business integration and strategic leadership. Engr. Agbaroji holds B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO), Nigeria (1995), complemented by Postgraduate Training in Oil & Gas Engineering through the Shell Intensive Training Program at Robert Gordon University, UK (1999). Further strengthened leadership and business capabilities through executive education programs including Leader of Community of Managers (Shell/IMD, 2016), Finance for Non-Finance Executives at London Business School (2019), and Skills Experienced Leaders Need to Succeed at Harvard Business School (2023).

Over the course of a distinguished career that began in the early 1990s, Engr. Agbaroji has held several strategic and operational leadership roles across the energy sector. Notable Mentions in his professional journey includes serving as Resource Volume Operations Manager at Shell, Front End Development Manager at Shell, Regional Portfolio Analyst Shell, Chief Operating Officer of the OML 26 Joint Venture, and Chief Operating Officer of the NPDC/FHN Limited Joint Venture. Most recently, he served as the President of Peer Group LLC.

The outgoing and incoming leadership represent two important points in Ingentia Energies' continuing story: one handing over the responsibility of stewardship, and the other taking that responsibility forward with fresh perspective, experience and ambition. As we close one chapter and open another, our commitment remains unchanged to our people, our partners, our stakeholders and the communities within which we operate.
