Our 12-month Graduate Trainee Program is a structured, immersive experience designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and industry practice. Trainees will undergo intensive learning, technical rotations, and hands-on project management under the guidance of experienced technical and commercial experts.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering Discipline, Sciences, or Finance.
Academic Excellence: Minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) degree.
National Service: Must have completed the mandatory NYSC programme by July 2026.
Age Limit: Not more than 27 years old at the time of application.
Skills: Exceptional analytical capabilities, a strong "can-do" attitude, and excellent communication skills.
